Relay electromechanical life test bench

The relay electromechanical life test-bed adopts system intelligent test equipment which is controlled by PLC+ computer. The frequency of coil action and the number of tests can be set in advance through the computer, as well as the number of errors in the test of the product. At the same time, it can monitor the reliable operation times of the conversion contacts of four groups of various types of electromagnetic relays under the condition of adding load. In the course of the test, the errors of each contact will be monitored respectively, and the running times and error times of the faulty products will be recorded. It is composed of control cabinet and load cabinet.

Main technical parameters:
1. Power supply: AC: 220V ±10% / 50Hz.
2. Test the number of poles of the product: 3 single poles (up to 4 poles, using the contact series test, but can not reflect the breaking capacity of the contact of the product).
3. Relay coil supply voltage: DC 050V manual adjustment, AC 050V manual adjustment.
4. Digital display coil voltage value: precision ±0.5%, voltage output: DC output current maximum 1A Magi AC output current maximum 0.5A.
5. Relay on / off test time and interval: 0.1s ~ 99.9s can be preset arbitrarily by PLC.
6. The number of tests: 099999999 can be preset by PLC, can be kept by power off, and automatically stop when the number of times arrives and there is an acousto-optic alarm.
7. Contact power-up times: PLC accumulates according to the contact power-on / power-off times, which can be kept when the power is off.
8. Intelligent judgment: when the sample passes through the load, the number of times that the sample of the station can be connected (contact bonding) or disconnected (contact burning) can be set in advance. When it accumulates to the set times, it is judged that the product of this station is bad, and the load is stopped automatically.
9. The parameters set and the specifications and models of the test samples can be preserved for a long time.
10. Control mode: PLC controls touch screen operation, man-machine intelligent exchange.
11. Connection mode: the testing machine panel is equipped with two pairs of high current connection columns to connect with two pairs of contacts of the tested relay, and another wiring row is equipped for the power supply of the tested relay coil.

Note: relay electrical test load needs to be matched separately.

Operation characteristics of relay electromechanical life test-bed:
1. The total number of trials: you can enter a number of 1-99999999 in the total number box. The number entered is the total number of runs of the test product.
2. Suction and open duty time: 200-65535 numbers can be entered in the box of suction time and opening time. Suction and open duty times are set separately, minimum time 200mS, maximum 65535mS.
3. Number of errors: you can enter a number of 1-250 in the number of errors box. Indicates that the number of errors of the same contact exceeds the set number of times, and the contact is no longer monitored.
4. The number of consecutive errors: the number of consecutive errors can be entered from 1 to 250 in the box.
6. Coil voltage: the working voltage DC of the test sample is 0-50V adjustable. Ac 5-250VAC 60Hz adjustable. Set according to the rated working voltage of the test product. The report can be printed.
7. The test-bed adopts bench-box structure, overall anti-static spraying, high-quality etched stainless steel plate as panel, beautiful and durable, with control screen, adjusting knob, power indicator, switch, alarm and other parts, including PLC, power-on detection module, control circuit and so on.
8. Electrify the tested products and detect the current on-off and accumulation through high-precision current sensors, and detect the characteristics of the relationship between current and action time. The normal output is one group of posts for each pair of contacts (COM, normally open NO and normally closed NC). One load only detects the unipolar contacts. The connection method of multi-pole contacts in series can also be used to detect contacts with more than 2 poles (the breaking capacity of contacts can not be reflected when multi-poles are connected in series). Or time-sharing is used to control the on / off time of each pole contact (the power-on time must be less than the power-off time) to realize one load for 2-pole contact test.
9. The power-on detection module can detect the signals such as current, voltage and AC / DC conversion during the test to communicate with the control screen to achieve the effect and purpose of the test.
10. The work table is at the top of the life table, made of fireproof insulated bakelite, with holes connected to the sample, and equipped with a push-pull plexiglass cover, safe and beautiful, easy to operate.
